Administration Executive

We are a small marketing agency looking to hire Administration Executive. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Duties include:

  • Process sales orders
  • Send and pick up items for printing
  • Pack and send items to courier
  • Research on google and data entry in spreadsheet
  • Data entry into accounting software
  • Filing according to order
  • Prepare invoices and send messages for payment followup
  • Purchasing items from shop
  • Ensure office supplies are well stocked and in order
  • Arrange cleaner and other contractors to come to office
  • Use Canva for basic design for social media post
  • Assist in any ad-hoc admin task given
  • Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity

  • 4 friendly team members

  • Office hours 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday
  • Public transport: Nearest MRT is Kuchai Lama, there is Jom naik MRT bus that goes past the office. Or you can get LRT to Pasar Seni/KL Sentral then bus 650 stops outside the office.
  • Start date: anytime

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 per month
