Administration Executive
We are a small marketing agency looking to hire Administration Executive. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Duties include:
- Process sales orders
- Send and pick up items for printing
- Pack and send items to courier
- Research on google and data entry in spreadsheet
- Data entry into accounting software
- Filing according to order
- Prepare invoices and send messages for payment followup
- Purchasing items from shop
- Ensure office supplies are well stocked and in order
- Arrange cleaner and other contractors to come to office
- Use Canva for basic design for social media post
- Assist in any ad-hoc admin task given
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity

- Office hours 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday
- Public transport: Nearest MRT is Kuchai Lama, there is Jom naik MRT bus that goes past the office. Or you can get LRT to Pasar Seni/KL Sentral then bus 650 stops outside the office.
