Job Description

This Senior Corporate Training Manager is an important role who supports the organization by overseeing all learning and leadership, managerial and general skill development programs as well as designing the right leadership solutions to accommodate the needs of the Academy’s external customers before serving them with professional training delivery services with monitoring industry trends and performing research into training techniques and training curriculum, including supervising a Leadership Solutions Team.

  • Responsible for identifying and anticipating learning needs that support organizational growth and change by consulting with HR partners, business leaders, and other key stakeholders

  • Identify trends and diagnose potential organizational development or potential improvement areas

  • Propose initiatives and programs that support company goals by using performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team, and customer individual

  • Design the training and development strategy aligned with business objectives and develop leadership training, learning activity, and team building programs based on customers' training needs and expectations analysis

  • Develop training roadmap and training year plan based on the designed strategy and analyzed business needs

  • Oversee the delivery of leadership, managerial, and general skill training programs within an organization

  • Consult with leaders on coaching and development of their people

  • Provide leadership development education, cross-functional

  • Develop and deliver Organizational Change-related training/communication plan

  • Work collaboratively with Business Development Team to assess and qualify customers' training needs and expectations

  • Oversee the total delivery of all leadership training, learning activity, and team-building programs organized for the academy’s customers.

  • Ensure that post-training evaluation is communicated for further development and improvement

  • Prepare and control the training budget

  • Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.

  • Assess, standardize, and accelerate the teaching abilities and facilitation skills of the Leadership Solutions Team

  • In charge of assessing training performance to ensure the Allstars and academy’s customers adequately learned the desired lessons and skills by evaluating the training program, instructors, or materials as well as learning approaches.

  • Ensure that the leadership solutions team is consistently communicated and always complying with regulations and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, Lifelong Learning, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field

  • 7 - 10 years experience in Corporate Training, HR development, or leading change initiatives in an organization

  • Certified Coach or Leadership Training Programs such as Situational Leadership, Project Management, Leadership Greatness, 7 Habits for Highly Effective People, and Design Thinking will be a plus

  • High level of Managerial Skills and Leadership Skills

  • Wide and variety of knowledge of general skills development, leadership skill development, and organization development with a sense of business

  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning, and coaching)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a very good command of written and spoken English and Thai

  • Proficiency in preparing, interpreting, and making decisions and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization

  • Ability to work independently, hardworking and have high responsibilities

  • Attentive to details, well-organized, and well cope with multiple assignments
