About the company As one of the largest employers in the NT, our client who supply the electricity generation and retail services across the region are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional working to join their after hours contact centre located at East Arm. About the role Requirements of the role include working an after-hours roster of 4pm to 10pm for (Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday) in addition to covering any leave. This is an autonomous role including adhoc administration duties and attending to any after hours calls, emails and enquiries. This role would suit tertiary enrolled students seeking afternoon or evening work. About You... Commitment to a 3-day roster of Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday working 4pm to 10pm Articulate and clear verbal communication Customer service experience Data entry Available to commence immediately Benefits & Culture Excellent hourly rate of $47.77 p/hr weekdays, $67 p/hr weekends + plus penalties for overtime Autonomous role NTG owned utilities sector Please NOTE there will be a requirement to undertake 1-week training Monday to Friday (CBD contact centre location) before being assigned to the regular 3-day roster working in East Arm.
