Job Description
Your role: The MT Sales Supervisor is responsible for regularly checking and controlling market outstanding amounts and conducting snap checks with salesmen to ensure compliance. They also monitor the collection of receivables and deposits in accordance with company policies. Daily, weekly, and monthly sales and distribution targets are assigned to all salesmen, and the Sales Supervisor monitors the target achievement daily. Regular route rides with salesmen are conducted, and market visits include meeting with customers and performing assigned surveys. The Sales Supervisor ensures effective communication and implementation of trade offers and promotions with customers. The main focus is on ensuring effective route planning and coverage by Retail Van Salesmen and Pre-Sellers to optimize outlet coverage. Maintain a good relationship with existing customers.

Must have: Experience in the consumer industry with a minimum of 3+ years of proven track record in sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Looking for a young and ambitious candidate who is hungry to grow with the company. An excellent team leader with a can-do attitude, and energetic self-starter.
