Project Development Engineer Closure & Development

We are looking for a professional and dedicated Project Development Engineer Closure & Development. The position will be based at Spikkestad, Norway.
Key responsibilities and accountability:
New product developments and product lines in closure technology.
Coordination and independent planning and technical implementation of product and system validations with the respective depts.
Qualifications:
Technical development experience related to closures, know-how and skills
Technical engineering degree
Very good technical English skills, both written and spoken
Experience with process control and risk analysis
Professional experience in the field of packaging or beverage industry or in Plastics technology with good mechanical knowledge
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
Experience with Solid Works or other 2D/3D software
Personal qualifications:
Professional “Make things happen” attitude
Innovative thinking, team worker, good communication skills
Structured and independent work approach, customer orientation, ability to deal with failure and restart of activities
Able to work effectively as part of a team
International travels must be expected
