Project Development Engineer Closure & Development


Want to join a public listed company in the business of combating climate change and driving a more circular economy?

We are looking for a professional and dedicated Project Development Engineer Closure & Development. The position will be based at Spikkestad, Norway.

Key responsibilities and accountability:

  • New product developments and product lines in closure technology.

  • Coordination and independent planning and technical implementation of product and system validations with the respective depts.

Qualifications:

  • Technical development experience related to closures, know-how and skills

  • Technical engineering degree

  • Very good technical English skills, both written and spoken

  • Experience with process control and risk analysis

  • Professional experience in the field of packaging or beverage industry or in Plastics technology with good mechanical knowledge

  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)

  • Experience with Solid Works or other 2D/3D software

Personal qualifications:

  • Professional “Make things happen” attitude

  • Innovative thinking, team worker, good communication skills

  • Structured and independent work approach, customer orientation, ability to deal with failure and restart of activities

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

  • International travels must be expected
