หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Support Site manager on the review of the Project contractors progress reports.
- Support Site manager in the preparation of weekly notes based on-site inspections and Contractor's progress reports.
- Support Site manager in reviewing the daily site logs made by Project contractors.
- Verify the contractors' contract with the technical specification documentation.
- Analyzing survey reports, long-range plans, maps and other data to design when open new projects area.
- Review the following site documents submitted by the Contractor:
- Quality plan, ITPs, JSAs, Inspection forms and Work Method statements relating to civil work.
- Material Delivery Documents Relating to Civil Work including but not limited to Test Certificates, Delivery Certificates, Specification
- Site inspections relating to WTG foundation, Crane Hardstand, Site Road and drainage system, transmission line tower foundation or the underground cable, substation and material delivery on site including:
- Inspections of the WTG foundation all aspect of works and round the clock inspections during the concrete pouring of the foundations of the WTG foundations. Inspections transmission line tower foundation and tower installation.

Inspections substation all aspect of civil works.
- Follow up on the correct application of the method statement that was agreed between the parties upon the prior review.
- Follow up on the following aspects (not exhaustive): Inspection of road, drainage system, slope protection, earthwork, met mast, and all civil balance of plant works.

Upstream verification of capacity (quantity and quality) of the batching plant. Verification of the piles.
- Verification of the concrete type and quality.
- Verification of the WTG anchor cage assembly and installation set up.
- Verification of the steel rebar (diameter, geometry, quantity).
- Verification of the concrete quantity.
- Verification of cooling pipe system and curing times.
- Verification of lab results of concrete samples.
- Verification of Soil compaction, Embankment work and Slope stability all related areas of work.
- Reporting any deviations in the construction method and quality to the Site manager and support the preparation of a non-conformity report, if applicable.
- Support Site manager to check when variation order issue by contractor base as contract unit cost.
- Safety awareness and alarm when found risk working place.
คุณสมบัติ
- 7 years of professional experience with 5 years in the Energy business.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related from an accredited university.
- Knowledge of engineering and management software such as STAAD-Pro, ANSYS, SAP2000, GTStrudl, RISA3D, Tekla Structure, Geo slope or other commercial analysis and design softwares, Microsoft Project or Primavera will advantage.
- Experiences in QA & QC inspection of the mass concrete structures and cooling system.
- Knowledge of WTG foundation design and familiarity with EURO Codes will be advantaged but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team and independently as required.
- Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous.
- The ability to create good relationships in a new environment and good communication skills.
- Team player spirit is mandatory.
- Professional engineer license will be an advantage.
- The position is based on site.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
- Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
